On arrival at Ecan, you will have to wait for the Ministry to collect your dog.
You will also need to pay an unloading free in Turkish Lira, this cannot be paid prior to arrival.
Then complete some more forms.
The lack of English speaking staff can be a bit of a problem.
Then your dog will be taken to the Quarrentine Kennels in Lefkosa. You can go with them and settle them in.
We can assist you with this stage of importation. We have a English/Turkish speaking member of staff, who will guide you through the process.
Quarrentine is at Lefkosa. You can visit twice a day every day except Sundays when only one visit is allowed.
You will have to feed, water,clean and exercise your dog.
This can be time consuming and for people living in Famagusta, Esentepe or Guzelyurt, this is more or less impossible.
We offer a service, where by we do your twice daily visits for you, leaving you free to do all the other essential things which need doing when you relocate here.
